What shirts do you print on?
All our designs are printed on Gildan branded shirts.
Are the shirts true to sizing?
Our shirts are true to US sizing. You don't have to worry about the shirts running small. Fore more information you can refer to our sizing guide here.
Will my shirt look exactly like what it appears on your website?
The printing of shirts is a delicate process with a lot of variables. What you see on the website is a digital approximation of what you will see on your printed shirts. We try our best to keep what’s on our site in sync with what you receive, but we cannot 100% guarantee colors of garment, colors of print, placement, or size of print to be exactly what you see online. That being said, there will only be a small variation (if any) between colors, size, and placement of what you see on the screen and what you see on your shirt. You won’t expect an ink print to be blue and have it show up red.
Why does my shirt smell like vinegar?
Unfortunately a vinegar smell sometimes occur due to the printing process. This is due to the use of a fixation agent that is necessary to make sure the print on the shirt lasts forever. But rest assured as the smell will be easily removed after the first wash.
What are the care instructions?All clothing are machine washable, but to avoid damaging the design we recommend that the piece of clothing is washed inside out. Below are the ideal washing instructions:
- Round Neck T-shirts - 40° wash
- V-Neck T-shirts - 40° wash
- Hoodies - 40° wash
- Sweater - 30° wash
- Tank Top - 30° wash
What payment options do you accept?
You can pay for your order with a credit card (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) or via Paypal.
What happens if my product is faulty?
If you received a damage product, please notify us within 30 days for a refund/exchange. You can use our contact form.
Do you accept exchanges?
Due to the fact that all our products are made to order, exchanges are unfortunately currently not available. This is not because we do not want to accept exchanges, but due to the fact that we do not hold physical stock to exchange for you! If you do have a request however, do not hesitate to contact us and we will try our best to provide a satisfactory outcome for you.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
If you would like to modify or cancel your order, please simply let us know within 24 hours of placing your order via our contact form. Due to the fact that our products are made on demand, it is unlikely that an order can be modified or cancelled once it has gone into production.
When does my order get shipped?
Most of our products are made to order so please allow us 5-7 business days (depending on your order size) for your product to be printed and quality checked before it is shipped out. Once your order has been shipped, most customers within the US can expect to receive their packages within 3-5 business days. So in total, you can expect to receive your products within 10-14 business days after purchase.
International orders on the other hand may take a bit longer, with an expected delivery time between 21 and 28 business days.
Please be aware however, that times may take longer during peak seasonal periods or following certain promotions and offers - your understanding and patience during these periods is very much appreciated.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to the following countries and continents: Asia (Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Philippines, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand), Australia & New Zealand, Europe and the USA & Canada. We are working hard to include shipping to other countries in the very near future.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is charged at a flat rate of:
- $9.99 to Asia (Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Philippines, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand)
- $9.99 to Australia & New Zealand
- $5.99 to Europe
- $9.99 to South America (Argentina, Brazil, Chile)
- $3.99 to the US and Canada
Any orders above $49 however will automatically qualify for free shipping!
What shipping services do you use?
Apparels are primarily shipped via UPS and phone cases via USPS First Class or Priority Mail.
Why did I not receive all my items in the same package?
Due to the fact that our products are made on demand, all products within an order is treated independently. The reason for this is because printing errors and mistakes can sometimes happen, and to make sure you don't get a faulty product, we have a strict quality checking process. If a printing error occurs, we make sure a completely new product is prepared for you. As a result this can delay the production process. This in turn will result in a longer waiting time before you're able to receive your product.
Therefore, to ensure that you can receive your order as soon as possible, all products are shipped as soon as they're ready! This is why most orders with multiple items will most likely receive their products at different time and with different packaging.
