EXO Get a Smooth and Flowing “Tempo” Going in New Music Video

EXO are back! On November 2, EXO revealed their new music video for “Tempo”, the lead single of their fifth studio album “Don’t Mess Up My Tempo”. Solo artist Lay is also rejoining EXO this time around for a full group comeback. EXO achieved more than 17 million views with their video for “Tempo” in less than 24 hours.

The music video for “Tempo” starts off with EXO driving off on a motorcycle into the night. EXO next switch into dance mode, demonstrating their new choreography with a tempo that alternates between a chill, laid back pace and a routine with more intense movements. EXO also find their own groove, when they’re doing their own thing in the place they’re at.

EXO’s new single “Tempo” is a synth-packed dance track that switches things up in between with rap breaks. EXO’s fifth album “Don’t Mess Up My Tempo” features a total of 11 tracks: lead single “Tempo” and its Chinese version, “Sign”, “Ooh La La La”, “Gravity”, “With You”, “24/7”, “Bad Dream”, “Damage”, “Smile On My Face”, and “Oasis”.

EXO made their previous comeback last December, with their sixth mini album “Universe”. In the music video for the lead single of the same name, EXO get some coffee ready, while they’re thinking of their next move. EXO then resolve to find their special someone, even if they have to go on a journey across the entire universe to be together again.
